Virtues and Values

    Spirit and the Virtues-- To Build a Better World
        Remember the story that went around about the fellow who died and ended up in purgatory? He and all the people there had no hands or arms, and how hellish that was for them. But then, given a glimpse of Heaven, he saw that the people there had the exact same physical makeup! But there was one difference-- in heaven the people were feeding and caring for each other instead of fighting and scrabbling for themselves.
       Spirit is the vessel made to hold the blessed virtues.
           Without Spirit and the Masters teachers of the Spirit, how can we get back to virtue?
                        Without virtue, can we ever have a healthy world?

       A virtuous world... 

          A world of virtue could be a heaven.
               Love and kindness make hardships bearable.
            A place of virtue, trust and love is joy. But a  dog- eat - dog world like you see in places, to me 
  is the source of most of the pain of the world. 
      Misunderstanding or or failing to know one's spiritual being  has been a cause of  dire pain and suffering,
both for the ones who are confused as well as those they hurt by misguided acts of selfishness.
            
                        Values of virtue could truly make our world a paradise.

       To help create  a loving world! 

      Promote Spirit and the virtues,
         however and whenever you can. 
 
              A new creation begins one heart at a time.
    May the hearts come to Spirit and to the sweetness of virtue...
