Spirituality and Religion 

  
           When Religion loses its flexibility, it can stagnate and become anti- gowth, that is, anti- spiritual.

        The true holy Spirit loves us all, whether we subscribe to certain beliefs or whether we know the Spirit by the name
                                                   of God or by any other name that works for us.

        
         It is a popular notion today that spirituality and religion
                      are two separate  things. But they need not be. 

 The two were actually birthed as one and are meant to be as one.

                     Both were meant to feed the human soul.

        A religious person may actually be flexible, loving, non- dogmatic, and truly very spiritual;

        Likewise there are spiritual people who haven't been near a church in years...

                             A jailer is not neccesarily cruel, nor a millionaire greedy. 

                                 It is the attitude one takes to faith and Spirit that is key...
 

             Although the human soul may be strenghtened by adhering to certain codes of conduct, such as living in virtue,

                             or even performing rites or rituals, Spirit is not bound by these. 

              Spirit, in the voice of the Prophets, has laid out certain guidelines for a just life, 

                        yet the Voice of Reason and Goodness is not bound in rigidity to these.

     
    Spirit's Voice is Kindly...
             
                    as we must be, with ourselves and with each other...
