Big Question for Kaua’i - 

What is the reason(s) that in March 2019, Spectrum installed fiber optic cable above ground down Koolau  road.   It was a private installation for Zuckerberg's place.  Once it reached the driveway where he has his major compound, it was taken underground.     They COULD of course install fiber optic cable for the rest of us.   It would be fast, safe, etc…  
   What is the reason(s) that fast SAFE fiber optics is not installed for the rest of the island?.. …that it’s only for the man who lets his kids use internet/wifi a short time per day…he knows that it, especially 5G, is NOT SAFE for all living beings !
