         I know I have been.   
         
           To honor the soul’s call,  to trust in the universe

How does one become whole?

  
   Life is Amazing

    I don't think any one of us has a boring story.
    Mine is as challenging and amazing as any, and 
         I have shared it to share hope.    

                Even with dysfunction and abuse issues, I have been blessed in being able to tell my story fully,
         without people running away.  Some have run away, but that's O.K., because at long last in the world, 
               there are those who have honored it as a sign of strength and hope.   
        Thank you, Higher Power, for my brothers and sisters who have known me and loved me just as I am.

   For some, Self- Nurturing is a vital part of spiritual connection...
  It is for me, through art, music, listening to the heart, through spirit, mentors and others as well.
   On my own I can be a hard or even a cruel task-master to myself, but the Higher Power is as a wise and loving  Friend who wants kindness for all of us.

   Life Coach & Mentor--
     Lucky Well's early work in human services involved personal counselling and coaching and has gradually evolved into the Body - Mind area.  Her Self- Kindness Coaching and spiritually inspired mentoring is inclusive of many ways and paths.
