How does one become whole?

ACA= Adult Children of Dysfunction/ Addiction

                            Tender- heartted are the souls of children, yet so many are captive to a life of challenge.

           That is what ACA* is about-- Adult Children still dealing with challenges of dysfunctional childhoods

                                      I share my story to share hope, and blessings in recovery.

                       And at long last in the world, there are those who can hear and honor it.  
                           
                                It is a story of family abuse, dysfunction and the healing process...

                                     Suffering is real.  There should be no shame in it. 

                                                        There are remedies for every pain 
                                         and hiding the truth only makes things worse.

                                        Truth Heals. Truth- telling is Healing.

                                                 Seeking the truth is vital for Healing.

     On my own I am a hard or even a cruel task-master to
               myself, but the Higher Power is a
                 loving Friend that wants kindness for all of us.

        As I learn from and with this pure and holy nurturance,
                     I become more able to share it with others and serve from a full and truly healing place.
